What are the i-Privilege Club Operating Hours?    
Our operating hours are from Monday to Saturday (9:00AM to 9:00PM). In the near future, we will also be extending the operating hours for the Sports Courts respectively.
How long will it take to sort out my membership with i-Privilege Club?    
Our membership enrolment process begins after completing the membership form and making full payment for the yearly membership subscription fee. Your membership will be activated within 7 working days upon receiving the welcome notice.
I am not working in an organisation set up in the AME Flagship Project; can I still join i-Privilege Club membership?    
No, only Purchasers/Staff of an organisation in the AME Flagship Project can join as i-Privilege Club member. Nevertheless, any adult above the age of 18 is welcome to book the Sports Courts in i-Privilege Club.
What are the Sports Courts Booking charges? How do I make payment?    
The Sports Courts booking fees and rates are advertised on the i-Privilege Club's Mobile Apps and Booking Website. The Member and Non-Member are welcome to book the sports courts online and make the payment accordingly. We do offer exclusive rates to members through our membership program. 
How do I transfer i-Privilege Club membership to a different staff within the organisation?    
The membership cannot be transferred to another organisation but can be transferred to another staff at the organisation provided the staff with the membership is no longer in the organisation. The membership transfer would be valid to the end of the membership term unless notified otherwise.
What happens if I pay for my individual membership (i.e. i-Guest) out of pocket and then switch to an organisation that is not within the AME Flagship Project?    
Individually-funded memberships will remain with the member until the end of the membership term.
What is the membership renewal process?    
Your i-Privilege Club membership starts on the date of the "Member Welcome" notice. After the first year, your membership will need to be renewed, and we will send you an email reminder of renewal, fee charge, and renewal form 30 days before the expiry of your membership.

If you elect not to renew, you may send a non-renewal email to membership@iprivilegeclub.com.my no fewer than 15 days before the end of the year to remain in good standing. You will not receive a refund or any amount of your payment upon your early departure.
What is the cancellation policy?    
a) Upon subscribing to i-Privilege Club, membership fees are non-refundable.
b) Sports Courts booking fees are non-refundable even if you do not show up to use the court.
